Thank you for your interest in working with me. I'm passionate about independent animated projects and excited to help bring your characters and stories to life.

This document outlines the terms under which I, operating as SpacedHam, provide freelance animation and related creative services.

PORTFOLIO & PRICING

I’m currently working on building my professional portfolio. As such:

Flexible pricing is available under the condition that the project (or portions of it) can be showcased in my portfolio.
Rates are negotiable, especially for independent and passion projects.
All pricing and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

TOOLS & SOFTWARE LIMITATIONS

I currently work with the following programs:

Toon Boom Harmony
Clip Studio Paint
Procreate

If a project requires software I do not own or have access to, this may impact my ability to complete the work within a certain timeframe. Please discuss any software-specific needs upfront.

WORKFLOW & DEADLINES

I work quickly and efficiently, but as freelance is not yet my full-time job, a minimum turnaround time of a few weeks is required for most projects.

Please provide all necessary assets (audio, scripts, reference sheets, etc.) well in advance of deadlines.

CLIENT COLLABORATION

I love working closely with clients and:

Welcome constructive criticism during the process.
Provide regular updates and am open to feedback throughout production.
Prefer frequent communication to ensure your vision is fully realized.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment may not be applicable if this is an internship.

Payments may be handled per milestone, per project, or per second of animation —details to be agreed upon before project start.
Payment is typically accepted via [PayPal, Venmo, Bank Transfer – customize based on your preferences].
A deposit may be required to begin work, especially on larger projects.
Late payments may result in delays in delivery

RIGHTS & USAGE

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, I retain the right to display completed work (or selected clips) in my portfolio or on social media.

Clients may request non-disclosure or limited sharing if the project is confidential or unreleased.
